JKM Presents: Robotech (Combat Mechas)

Jollibee Kids' Meal presents this 3rd month of the year. This time robots will emerge this March, from the toon series Robotech "The Macross Saga" - Combat Mechas. There are three robots to choose from. You can choose from Veritech Battloid, Veritech Space Fighter and Veritech Guardian.

Veritech Battloid:

This toy is white mecha with two removable cannons at the back and a removable gun. The gun can be placed in the right hand. It can stand nicely. The arms can be moved up and down and legs can also be moved forward and backward. One cannon (right cannon) can be manually move to aim.

The only trick of this toy is that, you can press the trigger of the gun to mimic laser firing action. There's a yellow thing (bullet) inside the gun that moves every time you press the trigger.

Veritech Space Fighter:

It is a red fighter jet plane. It has movable wings. Two removable cannons. And a rolling action gimmick. Just pull the toy on a smooth floor and release it. Watch the space fighter as it zooms away.

Veritech Guardian:

Now a blue plane. Again two removable cannons that can be placed at the back. It has movable wings. This time the legs can be pull down and you can stand it.

There's a another gimmick, one cannon shoots an ammo. Just push the ammo inside, aim and press blue button to shoot your target.

  • Well that's all, another disappointing toys from Jollibee although the quality of the toy is improving, they are made from decent hard plastic. When I first saw them on pictures I thought they are all transformable from robot into planes but they are not (1 robot, 1 plane and combination of the two). And the maybe they should make all the cannons shoot missiles.

BEST toy:
For me the best toy among the three is the Veritech Battloid, because it is in robot mode with some articulations, you can play it or just display it.

Also available Icarly (I-style) for the girls, again some accessories that you can use. There are two toys for little girls. Again I'm gonna pass these toys.

Want them? Grab them now this March at your nearest Jollibee Branch.

I Rate It: 2/5
