Toy from Past: MHM2008 - Ben10

And because the new toys from Mcdonald's are from the cartoon series Ben10: Alien Force. Here are the toys from the first series of Ben10, they are also from Mcdonald's Happy Meal. These toys came out last 2008. There are four toys, Upgrade (black), Four Arms (red), Diamondhead (green) and Heat Blast (yellow). A Ben Tennyson picture is inside each alien.

Just like the toys from this month, there's no gimmick on these toys. BUT they are way much cooler and better. They have arm articulation. The size are quite big, specially Four arms and they are not thin, they have real bodies.

MHM Presents: Ben 10 Alien Force

This is the first half of the Mcdonald's Happy Meal for this Month of January year 2010. There are two sets of toys, one for the boys which is from Cartoon Network's Ben 10 and for the girls from Power Puff Girls.

Power puff Girls Toys:

I think I'm gonna pass on these very small toys, sorry I can't tell you anything about these toys. All I can say is that they are girl's accessories, there's a headband, bangle, hair clip and ring.

Ben10 Toys:

There are four toys to collect. You can choose from Ben, Goop, Chromastone and Swampfire.

Super Sentai 2010: Tensou Sentai Goseiger

Tensou Sentai Goseiger will be the Super Sentai for this year. It is a playing card themed. There will be five young teenagers that will protect the earth from the invaders called "Warstar". The main colours will be; Red, Black, Blue, Yellow and Pink. Their main mechas will be a hybrid of vehicle and an animal like go-onger, but this time a hybrid of a vehicle and a Dragon, a Shark, a Tiger, a Phoenix and for the first time a Snake. This time there will be headers that can be combined with the main mecha to make it more powerful.

This series will be aired this February.

And because of the almost 100% Japanese themed Shinkenger, Power Rangers stopped for a while in adapting super sentai. Will they make a US version of this newest Super Sentai Goseiger????

PROO - CT - Drivemax Megazord

Let us review the candy toy version of the Drivemax Zords from the series Power Rangers Operation Overddrive or from Super Sentai Boukenger. This set composed of just 3 boxes, 1 box for the Dump driver, 1 box for the Dozer driver and Speed driver and 1 box for Sub driver and Gyro driver.

I bought them from a mall here in Philippines for P280 each box or approximately $6 each box. The only worth your money is the Dump Driver because of its size.

Toy from Past: JKM2007 - Zoids: Genesis

Since the latest toys from Jollibee are from the the anime Zoids:Genesis, Let us take a look to another version of Zoids: Genesis toys from Jollibee. This version came last 2007, I think it was also Christmas season.

They are not that impressive compared to other Kids Meal toys but compared to newest Zoids: Genesis toys, I like these toys more. They were much closer to the original cartoons. And the quality was much better than the new ones. And I liked the colours too.

There's nothing cool and unique when it comes to gimmicks. Just simple action gimmick.

JKM Presents: Zoid Genesis (Action Pack)

Jollibee Kids Meal presents for the month of January 2010. I don't know if this is for January or December cause their toys for December are just for the girls so I think they just separate the two set of toys for two months. There are 3 toys from the hit anime Zoids: Genesis. You can choose from Mugen Liger, Soul Tiger and Bamburian. Unlike the toys from Littlest Pet Shop that has nice details and paints, these toys are have very poor details and bad paint applications. They were released a little late than the toys for the girls which are from the Littlest Pet Shop. Let's get started.
