Chris Evans as Captain America

It's confirmed, Chris Evans will play the role of Captain America, the very first member of the Avengers. Chris will be playing the role of Steve Rogers, experimented to be a super soldier to serve and protect America.

He has no super human power like other super heroes but because of the experiment, he gained strength, agility, endurance, speed, reflexes and healing that other human don't have. He also mastered lots of martial arts and battle tactics. Along with that he mastered the use of shield as his main weapon. Later, he joined the team of Mighty Avengers alongside with Spider-man, Iron Man, Wolverine, Hulk etc.

The movie will be shown next year. The tentative date is in July 2011. And he will also be in a

The Avengers movie.

9th PTHC Convention 2010 Highlights

Here are some of the highlights of the 9th Philippine Toy, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention 2010 held at the SM Megamall last weekend. As I enter the mall at exactly 10 am in the morning I saw lots of people rushing to reach the 5th level of the building. It looks like there's a mallwide sale where everyone racing to grab the last Iphone in the world.

Then here what I found out.

9th Philippine Toys, Hobbies and Collectibles Convention 2010

Tomorrow is the day where all toy collectors, toy enthusiasts and toy lovers will gather in a

2 day event at SM Megamall's Megatrade Hall 2-3, Bldg B.

You can drop by tomorrow and the following day to join us in this event.

Lots of toys and collectibles are on display and some of them are for sale.

And of course the annual Cosplay event.

Here are the Shrek toys that were released for just 1 week. Somebody told me about it so I rushed to the nearest Mcdo to buy these toys. Unfortunately some branches were already out of stock of almost all of them but luckily I managed to grab them all.

All of them have something to attach to trigger the sound fx and each toy says two phrases. First will be triggered if you put the attachment and the other 1 will be triggered if you remove the attachment.
