Jollibee Kids Meal presents Astroboy: Hero Collection for the month of November 2009. There are 4 toys to collect. There are some gimmicks for every toy like action gimmick and lighting gimmick.
- Astroboy with Super Blaster:
This toy has a lighting gimmick; if you press his head down, his arms will move upward with red light on his left hand.
- Astroboy with Super Strength:
In this set, there are two pieces of toys, an Astroboy figure and a robot villain. It has an action gimmick; just put the villain on astroboy's hands (there is a hole on each hand) and then press the button at back of Astroboy. Then watch Astroboy throw his thin robot villain.
- Astroboy with Super Flight:
This toy comes with 3 character cards, you can make them stand and Astroboy will use his super punch while flying (not really flying toy). Just pull the toy backwards on the floor and release it and watch Astroboy defeat his foes with his super punches. His arms are actually moving as it moves giving a punching effect.
- Astroboy with Super Kicks:
Again an Astroboy figure, this time he uses his legs to fight his foes. He also comes with 3 villain cards. Just wind up the toy using the key knob at back, point it to the villain cards then release it. Again watch Astroboy defeat his foes using his hundred of kicks. His legs are moving giving a kicking action.
- The toys are good but just ordinary gimmicks from previous toys from Jollibee Kid's Meal. And there are 4 toys of Astroboy figures in this set. I would really love set if it has only 1 Astroboy toy and 3 other characters from the Movie like the villains on the cards. For me the best toy in this series is, the Astroboy with Super Kicks.
