MHM Presents: Pokemon D & P

For this month of April 2010, Mcdonald's Happy Meal presents Pokemon Diamond & Pearl toys. There are 6 toys for this month and the theme is summer. All the toys are can be played with water. There's 2 Piplup toys, 2 Pikachus and 2 Buizels. There are 2 toy gun-like toys, 2 submarine-type toys and 2 other water action toys.

Submarine Toys:

1 pikachu and 1 Buizel, 1 red and the other is yellow. The toys are supposedly work in water (haven't tried it). Just Press the button found at the top of the toy, hold it and then turn the front part of the toy (has pokemon picture). Submerge it it in water and release the button to launch it.

Water Squirter Toys:

It's Pikachu and Piplup, two cute little pokemons that can squirt water. Pikachu releases the water on the pokeball while Piplup squirts water through his beak. Submerge the toys in water and press the button (Pikachu: bottom part of the pokeball, Piplup: his tail) until it's full. Aim and press again the buttons to squirt water. It can only hold small amount of water.
Swimming Buizel:

It's Buizel again, this time he is swimming. This toy can be played in water or on the floor. Just roll back the toy to charge up. Press the tail to release.

Diving Piplup:
Piplup again, this can be played on the top of water. Wind up the key and put it above the water and watch Piplup dive in and go up couple of times.

  • It is summer and it is very refreshing to play with these summer toys from Mcdo. The toys are cute and very well detailed. I still don't know if the other toys are actually work in water. I thing that I don't like about these toys is there are only 3 kinds of pokemon but there are 6 toys, 2 each.

I Rate It: 3/5
