For this month of February 2010, Jollibee Kids' Meal presents Shuriken School (Ninja Wars). There are 3 toys to collect this month but there are only two designs, a shooter and two watch tops.
Naginata and Eizan - Watch Tops:
First the two identical toys, the only difference is the stickers on the top of the tops, one has Naginata picture and one has Eizan picture, nothing more. These are supposedly a watch that can be a top.
You can wrap it around your wrist then place the top on the launcher and insert the cord and rip it off to launch your top.
And when you have two sets of these toys, you can play a game where you must pop up your opponent's disc (the one that has sticker on it). There is a button on the edge of the top that when it hits anything your disc will eject.
Jimmy - Shooter:
It is a blue disc shooter, It shoots discs. There are 3 discs inclusive in this toy. Just place the three discs in its compartment (the hole at the back) and each push of the ejector will launch a disc.
There is also an added gimmick in this toy, when you pull the trigger (the one that has arrow), the round top of the shooter (one that has Jimmy sticker on it) will eject up.
That's all 3 toys from this month from Jollibee, kids surely will enjoy these toys but not those who want to play them seriously (based on what they are suppose to be played). When I tested the tops, once you launch your tops the DISCS also pop out from the tops (because of the impact of hitting the floor the lock can't hold the discs). And when you want them in watch mode, there is no lock that will hold the tops so you must remove them, it is better if you can place the tops on the watch (locked in place) while it is wrapped on your wrist.
The shooter is fine but there are loose parts (the disc has no lock and its trigger can easily be removed or dropped).
