JKM Presents: Jollibee and Friends

Jollibee Kids Meal Presents for this month of November 2010, Jollibee and friends toys. These are cute and better than last months toys. There are 5 toys for this month, you can choose from 5 characters, Hetty, Twirlie, Popo, Yum and Jollibee. The theme for the toys are kids' sports. There are also some gimmicks for each toy.

Let's us start the review.

TWIRLIE:

Twirlie with her 3 hoola hoops. The arms can be rotated. There's a key at her back that you must turn a couple of times to make her do hoola hoops, 3 hoops in one.

There is also an added feature of this toy, underneath her feet there's a hole. This is a sharpener, I think for crayons only.

HETTY:

Hetty with her jumping ropes, no articulation for this gal. And for her gimmick to work, you must wind-up the key and then remove the cover on her feet (or else it will not work). Then put it down on the floor (but if I were you put it down on a sheet of paper because of the gimmick) to make her do some jumping ropes.

The another gimmick is as she jumps on her jumping rope, she will leave marks of her shoe's sole.

POPO:

Popo on his scooter. You can push the scooter and as you push it, his foot moves (like he kicking to make his scooter move forward).

Plus another feature, you can remove the cover of the back wheel, and a stamp-like with arrow designs on it will be revealed. Put it down on a sheet of paper and then push it to make some tracks of his scooter.

YUM:

Yum on his jumping jack. The gimmick is turn the wind-up key and the put it down on a flat surface and he will do some jumping action. And a bonus feature is it can be used as a pen, just remove Yum from its base to reveal the pen.

JOLLIBEE:

Lastly, Jollibee on his skates. You can move his arms. The gimmick of this toy is a pull-back action. Just pull his skates and release to make him go. And also there is a ruler inside of his skates.

• For some they are still lame and not good toys, but for me these are much much better than the last month's toys (Danny Phantom). Instead of 1 gimmick for each toy (which is very standard to JKM Toys), there are 2 gimmicks for the 4 toys which is good. Love this set.
